Founded in 1948, University of Cagayan Valley is a nonprofit private higher education institution located in the the urban setting of the large town of Tuguegarao City (population range of 50,000249,999 inhabitants), Cagayan Valley. Officially accredited/recognized by the Commission on Higher Education, Philippines, University of Cagayan Valley (UCV) is a large (enrollment range: 10,00014,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. University of Cagayan Valley (UCV) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as prebachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This HE institution does not have a selective admission policy. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment. UCV also provides several academic and nonacademic facilities and services to students including a library, housing, sport facilities and/or activities, financial aids and/or scholarships, study abroad and exchange programs, online courses and distance learning opportunities, as well as administrative services.
